RunSequence is owned and run by Michael Wiedemeier in Cedar Falls, Iowa. It sets up AI phone answering, missed-call text-back, and appointment booking for local businesses. This page says plainly what information the service handles and what happens to it. Questions about any of it go to michael@runsequence.com and get answered by the owner, not a form letter.
What we collect, and where it comes from
- If you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
- If you call a phone line this service answers: your name if you give it, your phone number, what the call is about, and any appointment details you book. Calls answered by the AI assistant are recorded and transcribed — the assistant says so at the start of the call.
- Nothing else. The website itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no network requests. Visiting it tells us nothing about you.
What it's used for
To run the service: answering calls, booking appointments, sending the confirmations callers ask for, and following up on what you requested. When the service is operated on behalf of a client business, that business sees its own customers’ calls and bookings — they are its customers. Information is never sold, and it is never used for advertising.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for the vendors whose systems deliver the messages themselves.
- How you opt in: by agreeing on a phone call. When you book an appointment on a call, the assistant asks for your mobile number and whether you would like a text confirmation. You are only texted if you say yes — or if you text the business first.
- What you get: appointment confirmations and scheduling updates you asked for, and occasionally a service reminder. Typically 1–3 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
- How you opt out: reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. Reply HELP for help, or email michael@runsequence.com.
Who else sees it
The service runs on established telephone, texting, and scheduling platforms, and those vendors process calls, messages, and bookings in order to deliver them — the same way any phone system works. Beyond that and the client business the service answers for, nobody. No data brokers, no advertisers, no purchased or rented contact lists — ever, in either direction.
How long it's kept
As long as needed to run the service — call records and bookings stay available to the business you called for as long as it remains a customer. Want something deleted? Email michael@runsequence.com and ask; you will get a plain answer about what can be removed and by when.
Your choices
- Stop texts any time: reply STOP.
- Ask what information is held about you: email the owner.
- Ask for it to be deleted: same address.
